Application Process
We continually accept employment applications on a rolling basis for general construction laborers and qualified equipment operators. All applicants are asked to come to our office located at 39 Plaza Drive, Lugoff, SC 29078. Monday- Thursday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. You may also contact us by phone or our contact form for more information. We will keep your application on file and call you should any applicable positions become available.
We participate in SCDOT certified On-the-Job training program. When opportunities for training exists and employees qualify, you can be enrolled in this program.
In addition, we always give special emphasis to minorities and women applicants in order to assist with our affirmative action goals.

Any employee who feels that a violation of this policy has occurred should immediately report the matter to their supervisor. If that person is unavailable or the employee believes it would be inappropriate to contact the supervisor, the employee should contact the supervisor's supervisor, Human Resources or the facility head. Each complaint will be investigated, and any violations will be remedied. The complaining employee will not be affected in employment with the company as a result of bringing the harassment complaints to the attention of the company.
