About Us
We at C. Ray Miles Construction take pride in our workmanship and emphasize safety as a number one priority on any project undertaken. We have created a “safety conscious” atmosphere throughout the company and incorporate safety for all employees as well as the general public.
We have been incorporated for over 40 years and are a licensed general contractor (#G10207) as well as certified to bid and perform work for the South Carolina Department of Transportation (#B52188).
We are able to provide site work, including:

- Excavation
- Pipe installation
- Water and sewer installation
- Pond site installation
- Concrete sidewalks
- Curb and gutter
- Catch basin installation
- Hauling of materials and equipment
- We also have a heavy equipment repair facility.
We are bonded and have current availability of a vast inventory of equipment including, but not limited to, the following:

- Elevating scrapers

Our current workforce includes approximately 40 employees. Our field force includes field supervisors, equipment operators, truck drivers, mechanics, machinists, welders, pipe layers, masons and concrete finishers.
C. Ray Construction Company, Inc. is now managed by Mr. and Mrs. Miles’ children, grandchildren and their spouses. We continue to strive today to perform quality work with integrity and the same principles on which the company was founded.
